Fitness Motivation - A high/low impact class suitable for all levels of fitness


Advanced Circuit Training - Using different weekly routines work on cardiovascular and strength.


KettleBells - gives fast results for strength, endurance and muscle toning by using a cast iron weight and challenging both the muscular and cardiovascular systems with dynamic, total body movements.Build up your strength using weights in this group class


Young at heart - A gentle class for beginners who want to keep fit and look after there heart

 

Early morning HIIT-  High Intensity Interval Training - maximum effort periods mixed with reduced effort in recovery periods. The advantage of this form of cardio is that you will have an ongoing benefit, even after your exercise.


 

Metafit - Maximum Interval Training, with fast results, which works your entire body at its max for the class duration.

 

MRC-Spin -  is a group indoor cycling class, structured to music, including hill climbs, sprints and more. Led by an inspiring instructor, who guides and motivates you through the session it's a cardiovascular, butt-kicking workout that takes us on a stationary but sweaty ride of our life.

 

Total Body Workout  is a total body conditioning class targeting every major muscle group without exception. Nothing escapes from getting the once-over in this ultimate conditioning experience.

 

PIYO - is a fun, challenging class fusing Pilates and Yoga. You will burn calories, tone muscles, work on balance and get a great stretch! The class is a little different each time, but always a great workout


Bums and Tums - A great lower body workout for those stubborn areas

 

Boogie Bounce Xtreme - The Boogie Bounce Xtreme programme is FAB, FUN, FUNKY AND FAT BURNING. It is a complete exercise programme on a mini trampoline, with a safety bar, choreographed to chart topping inspiring music which includes an extremely effective cardio section, and a really powerful bums, tums and thighs section too!

(Although afternoon  hours may vary slightly according to bookings during our quieter summer months, so please do remember to always ring to  pre-book any gym sessions especially between the hours of 12pm & 3pm, Mon - Fri  throughout the summer months
