Pre-School Gymnastics
Our coaches have now completed their trainihng in Pre-School Gymnastics and we are now ready to begin our sessions in June at Millom Recreation Centre.
Our pre-school classes are gymnastics sessions under the direction of a coach for children aged 3-5 years. They offer a more structured approach where children are taken around the equipment in small groups. Children experience jumping, swinging and balancing activities in order to improve overall co-ordination, spatial awareness and basic motor skills. These classes will help in preparation for school by improving your child’s confidence and interaction with others.
